Foto Friday # 19

2 delicious char siu buns from Lin Heung in Hong Kong. They may not do the greatest dim sum in the world, but it has the best character and atmosphere.

This brings back memories of what cha siu bao should be like. Back in the day, you used to get two large ones like in your photo. In recent years, they've shrunk and you get three smaller ones in a steamer. No big deal except they seem to get smaller and smaller..

Always the way. Things get smaller and the price goes up.
