I love the Full English, but for me the beans must never touch the egg. Ideally, the beans should be kept well away from the egg, or at the very least the sausage should act as a barrier to stop the beans coming into contact with the egg.
Mr N - I sense a little bit of egg OCDness here. Myself I like the runny yolk mixing it with the beans, just hate soggy toast.
